十二月开了这个卡 开卡的时候说有150000分。结果用了几个月，花了上万刀，一直没收到reward points。 刚和客服联系跟我说我不 eligible for the welcome offer。非常离谱。开卡的时候说eligible。用了卡之后说offer 被declined… 离大普了
其中一个客服还说，welcome offer 和 card application process 是分开的。you may eligible for the card but not eligible for the offer.那别给我开卡啊，给我把卡开了说不给我welcome offer
有朋友遇到这种情况吗？
我开卡的时候有截图。现在还在跟客服撕逼。如果不能给我一个合理的解释，从此不用amex了
建议大家开卡的时候一定要截图保留证据。
